VW T5/T6 Caravelle/ California Beach - 1200mm Fork Mount Rail Twin T-Slot - Fits Factory Fitted Rails

Its a simple idea….. The vehicle has factory fitted rails so why not use them to mount your multiple steads !! One twin slot rail 1200mm long with quick release fitting.

We supply a piece of 80mm wide x 16mm high x 1200mm long extrusion that has twin t-nut slots and 2 x end caps.  There are 2 x 10mm wide x 100mm long machined slots at each end to give a bit of adjustment when fitting to the vehicles factory fitted rails.

How To Fit

Drop the supplied T-Bar into the outer rail in the van and rotate 90 degrees, do the same on the other rail, place the Twin slot rail so the T-Bar bolts slide through the machined slots of the rail, next add the supplied penny washer over the bolts, lastly add the finger knobs.  Each T-Bar has a slot at the top of the thread, these should be inline with the rail and can be held in place with a flat end screwdriver while tightening.   Note before tightening if you lift the T-Bar you will feel the location points on the underside of the rail this is what your aiming to locate to when the finger knob is fully tightened

All orders received by 12 midday will be dispatched on that day (Monday – Thursday) Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched on the next working day.  All orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays  will be dispatched Monday/ Tuesday (After Bank Holiday).  Orders are sent by Courier which is usually next working day UK and 7 days International. Please note however with increased online shopping especially during bank holidays and seasonal holidays delivery can take slightly longer, this is out of our control for which we appreciate your understanding.

 International customers – deliveries may take longer than stated, this could be due to unforeseen delays ie: Customs clearance procedure, unpaid import duty or tax etc…

Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day that your parcel is dispatched. 

All products are fully checked before dispatch.  You have a ‘coolling off’ period of 7 working days after delivery date.  In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods simply call +44 (0)1323 892320 or email info@blokproducts.com  We will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Please reuse the packaging material for return courier. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for goods that are returned not faulty if they are returned in an un-saleable condition, ie they have signs of being used, scratched or have been damaged by the customer.

You will be liable for any delivery costs incurred for returned goods unless they are returned for defective or faulty reasons.
