Mercedes V-Class – 1200mm Fork Mount Rail Twin T-Slot – Fits Factory Fitted Rails

Its a simple idea….. The vehicle has factory fitted rails so why not use them to mount your multiple steeds !! One twin slot rail 1200mm long with quick release fitting.

We supply a piece of 80mm wide x 16mm high x 1200mm long extrusion that has twin t-nut slots and 2 x end caps.  There are 2 x 10mm wide x 100mm long machined slots at each end to give a bit of adjustment when fitting to the vehicles factory fitted rails.

How To Fit

Place the figure of eight T Nut into two of the round bores of your rail it can then be slid under the extruded profile, the T Nut can be secured in place by winding the internal screw so it hits the bottom of the rail which in turn jacks the T-Nut up and engages into the underside of your vehicle rail, repeat this process on the opposite rail, you now have fixed threads to mount the rail.  Place the rail over the thread of the T- Nut, add a washer then screw the finger knob assembly in, to secure.

1200mm Rail has a fitting pitch from centre to centre of fixing point of 1010mm – 1140mm, if this doesn’t work for you then get in touch and we will see what we can do to help

All orders received by 12 midday will be dispatched on that day (Monday – Thursday) Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched on the next working day.  All orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays  will be dispatched Monday/ Tuesday (After Bank Holiday).  Orders are sent by Courier which is usually next working day UK and 7 days International. Please note however with increased online shopping especially during bank holidays and seasonal holidays delivery can take slightly longer, this is out of our control for which we appreciate your understanding.

 International customers – deliveries may take longer than stated, this could be due to unforeseen delays ie: Customs clearance procedure, unpaid import duty or tax etc…

Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day that your parcel is dispatched. 

All products are fully checked before dispatch.  You have a ‘coolling off’ period of 7 working days after delivery date.  In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods simply call +44 (0)1323 892320 or email info@blokproducts.com  We will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Please reuse the packaging material for return courier. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for goods that are returned not faulty if they are returned in an un-saleable condition, ie they have signs of being used, scratched or have been damaged by the customer.

You will be liable for any delivery costs incurred for returned goods unless they are returned for defective or faulty reasons.
