M8 Mercedes V-Class Rail Fixing Kit - Fits a Rail to your Vehicle Rails

To be used with Mercedes V-Class Rails

This kit allows you to fix one of our rails directly to your fitted rails.

The figure of eight T Nut drops into two of the round bores and can then be slid under the extruded profile, the T Nut can be secured in place by winding the internal screw so it hits the bottom of the rail which in turn jacks the T-Nut up and engages into the underside of your vehicle rail, you now have fixed threads to mount the rail.  Place the rail over the thread of the T- Nut, add a washer then screw the finger knob assembly in, to secure.

FYI The Threads in the T nuts are M8

• 2 x M8 Figure of Eight T-Nuts
• 2 x M8 Penny Washer
• 2 x M8 Finger knob assembly with 30mm of thread
• 2 x M8 x 30 Jacking Set Screw

All orders received by 12 midday will be dispatched on that day (Monday – Thursday) Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched on the next working day.  All orders received Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays  will be dispatched Monday/ Tuesday (After Bank Holiday).  Orders are sent by Courier which is usually next working day UK and 7 days International. Please note however with increased online shopping especially during bank holidays and seasonal holidays delivery can take slightly longer, this is out of our control for which we appreciate your understanding.

 International customers – deliveries may take longer than stated, this could be due to unforeseen delays ie: Customs clearance procedure, unpaid import duty or tax etc…

Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day that your parcel is dispatched. 

All products are fully checked before dispatch.  You have a ‘coolling off’ period of 7 working days after delivery date.  In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods simply call +44 (0)1323 892320 or email info@blokproducts.com  We will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Please reuse the packaging material for return courier. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for goods that are returned not faulty if they are returned in an un-saleable condition, ie they have signs of being used, scratched or have been damaged by the customer.

You will be liable for any delivery costs incurred for returned goods unless they are returned for defective or faulty reasons.
