The drawer runners we use are a heavy duty lockable runner that can take weights of up to 230kg (depending on size).

To extend the tray from its stored position all you need do is depress the two red locking levers and pull, when fully extended the tray will lock automatically, to release do the same in reverse.

Sliding Tray Sizes/ Weights:

External Frame Width 1205mm

External Frame Depth (including handles) 1648mm

External Frame Depth (excluding handles) 1608mm

Sliding tray Extension 1522mm

Internal Base Board Width 1005mm x Depth 1500mm

Internal Tray Width 1085mm

Internal Tray Depth 1580mm

Base Tray Weight 50kg

Top Tray Weight 52kg

8 x Spacers Weight 3.6kg

Combined Total Weight 105.6kg

Maximum Weight Load Per Tray 180kg (evenly distributed)

What you get:

1 x Sliding Tray Width 1205mm x Depth 1648mm (Base) (***Vehicle fixing kit not supplied and can be purchased separately***)

1 x Sliding Tray Width 1205mm x Depth 1648mm (Second Level with QR fittings)

1 x Tray Spacer Kit (8 x posts @ 115mm)

**This product is made to order, lead time 7-10 working days**

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1058/2700/8861/files/DSC05186_99208477-427f-435d-9610-b4210dcaf2b4.jpg?v=1775830726
https://blokpod.com/products/lwb-vehicle-sliding-tray-second-level-sliding-tray-1200mm-wide-x-1600mm-deep
