The drawer runners we use are a heavy duty lockable runner that can take weights of up to 230kg (depending on size).

To extend the tray from its stored position all you need do is depress the two red locking levers and pull, when fully extended the tray will lock automatically, to release do the same in reverse.

Sliding Tray Sizes/ Weights Base:

External Frame Width 1205mm

External Frame Depth (including handles) 1448mm

External Frame Depth (excluding handles) 1408mm

Sliding tray Extension 1372mm

Internal Base Board Width (x2) 400mm x Depth 1300mm

Internal Tray Width (x2) 480mm

Internal Tray Depth (x2) 1380mm

Base Tray Weight 70kg

Maximum Weight Load 200kg (evenly distributed)

Fixed Platform Sizes/ Weights Second Level:

External Frame Width 1205mm

External Frame Depth 1424mm

Internal Base Board Width 1125mm x Depth 1320mm

Tray Spacer Kit (8 x posts @ 115mm) Weight 3.6kg

Platform Weight 26kg

Maximum Weight Load 200kg (evenly distributed)

Total Combined Weight 99.6kg What you get:

1 x Twin Sliding Tray Width 1205mm x Depth 1448mm including 2 x Sliding Trays 480mm x 1380mm (***Vehicle fixing kit not supplied and can be purchased separately***)

1 x Fixed Platform Width 1205mm x Depth 1424mm (Second Level with QR fittings)

1 x Tray Spacer Kit (8 x posts @ 115mm)

**This product is made to order, lead time 7-10 working days**

https://blokpod.com/it/products/swblwb-vehicle-twin-sliding-tray-second-level-fixed-platform-1200mm-wide-x-1400mm-deep
